If you suffer from anxiety you know how debilitating it can be. Shortness of breath, tightness in the chest, racing thoughts, dissociation, and insomnia, while not life threatening, are scary and have long term consequences on your health. I’ve dealt with anxiety my entire life and, while I haven’t managed to cure myself of it, I have learned some ways that help me manage it so I can get on with things.
