Fenty

I find myself reaching for lip gloss more and more as I age and especially in the cold months. My lips are so much drier than ever before and lipstick is just not a good look for me most days.

My most recent Sephora order included the new Fenty Gloss Bomb Universal Lip Luminizer in the shade Fenty Glow which is described as a shimmering rose nude. The claim is that the gloss delivers shine and all three shades – Fenty Glow, Diamond Milk, and FU$$Y – flatter all skin tones. Fenty Glow certainly works with my pale complexion and I think it would be gorgeous on deeper skin tones as well.

The gloss is very long lasting but not sticky. It is shimmery without chunky glitter. What really makes this gloss for me though is the scent, peach-vanilla. It is divine. This gloss is perfect as an every day staple and for throwing in your handbag for touch ups (not that you’ll need many) throughout the day. I cannot wait to try more Fenty Beauty products.

Have you tried anything from Fenty Beauty?

  1. Here’s another brand that I want to try. I’ve heard a lot of good things about Fenty Beauty. The quality is supposed to be quite good. I think we are lipgloss opposites, however. I’ve found that I reach for gloss less as I age. I’m more into lipsticks and balms like Sugar and Dior.

I’m having a lot of fun with brows at the moment. I picked up the Benefit brow kit from Shoppers this week ($76 for a rather large kit!). It’s been fun to experiment with.

  2. I love balms too! I’ve only tried the one Fenty product so far but I love it. I will definitely be trying more. Eyebrows is something I’ve never really been into – I think it’s because I wear glasses:) I have read great reviews about that kit though. I’d love to hear what you think!

Have you tried the Dior Lip Glow? It’s amazing!

    Thanks so much for reading!
